Love this place! It's usually the same gentleman that is there to help me when I go and he is super friendly and helpful.

The food is delicious and a lot of it is spicy which is AWESOME. A lot of the dishes had many whole Thai chilies in it as well as ground up peppers. I'm usually a heat seeker but the food is a tolerable heat which makes it enjoyable. Usual go to's and recommendations in any combo: deviled potato, deviled shrimp, the eggplant !!! (So good), capsaicin pepper mix, deviled beef, and the curried jack fruit !

The tapioca dessert is delicious too if you like spiced flavors, tapioca and coconut milk.

Great local spot! There are vegan options here too, my friend who is vegan loves it ! Delicious food for all.

Located in a small strip mall, with Harvey's Sports Bar and a handful of parking, my husband and I decided to stop by this eatery for an early dinner this last Friday, around 4:50 pm, since we skipped lunch and had a late breakfast at home.

When we came in, there were two employees just standing around. The place was empty (but it was pretty early for dinner and a bit late for lunch). Those employees went behind the counter and waited as I tried to figure out what I wanted, which was:

Chicken with 2 vegetable plate meal, $9.99 prior to tax ($10.79 after tax)- I ended up picking curry chicken with mixed vegetables & lentil curry. Please note that if you wanted fish with 2 vegetable plate meal, it is the same price. The chicken we had came with 3 pieces (bone in) that was flavorful and not spicy. I loved the lentil curry, as it had a great flavor. And I also liked the mixed vegetables. This meal came with a large portion of rice.

All of the food was already premade, sitting on steam tables, so wait time for our food was nonexistent.

Inside this eatery is a handful of tables and chairs but no outdoor seating (just thought I would mention this since there is an old photo of Yelp that shows outdoors eating).

Water cups are available at the register and the fountain and water dispenser is in the corner to help yourself.

There is one clean unisex restroom close by the register.

Food was good and the price was fair.

Just a little quiet since we were the only ones inside.

    Would come back.

I can't believe we've never had Sri Lankan food before! Probably because we don't come across many here, even though we've visited almost all major cities in the US. This was our third time to this place in last one month. Very flavorful. Distinctively unique from other Southeast Asian cuisine. We always go for the Lamprais, the rice is really moist and comes wrapped in a banana leaf. It also comes with eggplant moju (kinda like pickled/fried eggplant), pineapple chutney, an egg and a fish ball. We have also tasted the hopper and the godamba roti--both was super good and way too much food for one person to finish. We've also had the desserts--the Sago pudding and watalappan--both made with palm sugar that reminded us the taste of our childhood from Bangladesh. For milk tea lovers--their tea is great too. The owner is very friendly and the ambiance is pretty chill.

    Definitely a five star.

Tucked away in a small shopping mall is where you find Rice N' Spice. Authentic Sri Lankan cuisine. Ate Godamba roti and goat Kottu. Godamba roti comes with coconut sambol, goat and dahl curry. So many different flavors. Have to try it hard to really describe. Kottu is simply something out of this world. Pick the wright spice level for Kottu.

I always love the food here, it's absolutely amazing! I have to give it a three star because service can be a hit and miss. The other day I made a phone order to go for 4 kottus. I called a hour before the time I wanted to pick up the order since it's a Saturday and I figured they might be busy. I got there at 6pm the time I told them I'll be there and they had no recollection of my order so they asked me to wait 10 minutes. 10 minutes become 45 minutes and I was super late to get to where I needed to be. I was super disappointed and frustrated waiting that long for an order I called in for pick up.
When I opened the chicken Kottus there were no grilled or fried chicken in them which was even more frustrating.
Although I love the food here that trip was not worthwhile.
